ELABORATION

Manual harvest, selecting the bunches one by one when they reach
store. It is the demonstration of the eternal life that the Tempranillo grape can have from a vineyard in glass.

With productions of 1000kg per ha. Completely artisan manual elaboration, with de-stemming and manual pressing in 500-liter oak barrels. It remains in a long and patient aging in barrels of five different origins for four years.

CATA`S NOTES

Ruby red color with orange reflections that indicate the greatness of a wine from
1989 that maintains its vigor. Nose with notes of cedar wood to finally give way to ripe fruits with a final hint of leather. In Boca it is intense and complex and expands as we taste it.
