The harvested grapes fermented for 9 days between 23ºC and 28ºC of temperature, followed by a maceration of 10 days. The vine that produces this wine is cultivated in glass, without irrigation, without chemical fertilization, middle age, strict pruning in winter, green pruning in June, balance in cultivation and harvest by hand. Yield three times lower than that of trellised vines, three times higher quality grape. Result each plant, each strain, only gives one bottle.

It was born in 2006 when Yolanda García Viadero saw an area of the vineyard with a very characteristic grape, with little production and very small bunches, the test analyzed it and decided to make Valduero Una Cepa.
A cherry red wine with a very high layer, a still glass, we can notice a complexity of aromas and an extraordinary intensity. In the mouth, it is a well-structured wine with a long finish, which runs through the mouth, opening and filling the palate, what we call a sweet wine that when it is not on the palate misses it and wants another drink.
